Turtle Power!!!

Was attending a Tea Session/workshop with MOE and we were asked to dress up a member of our team into a superhero using the things that were provided (big pieces of paper, color markers and a scarf) and then have the other teams guess it.

My team draw a turtle shell and stuck it to the back for a team member and rolled up a piece of paper as a make-shift stick. And there we have it! Yup! It's a NINJA TURTLE! TURTLE POWER!!!

Surprisingly, one of the participants even called out the name of the turtle. Donatello! (Actually I dun have any particular turtle in mind. It just so happens that Donatello's weapon was the easiest to make.

Coincidentally, another team chose Ninja Turtles as well out of the whole bunch of superheroes available out there.

I conclude that "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" is the most popular superhero in my generation. Hahaha!

They were my favourite! I remembered that my favorite turtle is Leonardo (the blue one) and I use to have a Leonardo pencil sharpener. Until my kindergarden teacher confiscated it cause it was distracting a number of students in my class (Hey! Ninja Turtle was the coolest thing!) and I never see it again. *sobs*

At the end of the year, my teacher returned  me a Donatello sharpener cause she lost mine. I know adults can't tell. (To them they are all turtles. But they are different!) How can you take my Leonardo turtle and return me a Donatello turtle?!

I've no idea where that sharpener is now...
